ELEKS announces an opening for the position of Brand and Communications Manager (Global) at Lviv office.

Job Summary:

Brand and Communications Manager is responsible for helping the company drive its business growth through brand awareness and public relations programs on US and Western European Markets. Serves as a day-to-day strategic counselor; plans, develops and executes digital, social and traditional marketing and communications programs. Keeps up the pace with global industry trends related to the business direction and marketing/communications techniques in order to ensure maximum program efficiency

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and communicate brand strategy for specific target audiences and geographies
  • Create, lead and execute marketing and communications plans, campaigns and programs that take full advantage of all available communications channels
  • Develop, plan and implement various brand marketing initiaves aimed at boosting the company's brand and lead generation
  • Research and create the calendar of events for potential participation of company's experts to serve brand awareness and lead generation purposes
  • Identify opportunities to promote the company experts as industry thought leaders (authors, speakers) and coordinate their participation in related initiatives
  • Create and promote internal branding guides and standards, develop and conduct related training and workshops
  • Collect and produce necessary information for industry awards or organization membership application on behalf of the company
  • Utilize emerging social media platforms to strengthen the public awareness of key issues among target stakeholders
  • Work with other departments to identify brand marketing needs and plan respective initiatives
  • Identify and build relationships with key members of the media
  • Provide support to internal clients as a consultant in brand marketing strategy and execution

Specialized knowledge:

    • Deep expertise in branding, PR and marketing to key audiences
    • Knowledge of general trends of the IT and outsourcing industry
    • Advanced level of English

Skills and abilities:

      • Ability to think creatively, approach communications challenges from many angles, and bring concepts to life through compelling content creation across multiple media
      • Exceptional writing and editing skills, and the ability to write both strategically and creatively under tight deadlines
      • Ability to work collaboratively, take initiative, set priorities and lead a team
      • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels


      • University degree in Marketing, Economics or related field


      • 5+ years experience in branding/marketing/PR
      • Experience in IT is required
      • Experience working with different media channels
      • Experience leading integrated marketing/communications programs that span digital, social and traditional communications channels
      • Experience with Western markets clients (US, Europe) is a must
