ELEKS announces an opening for the position of Web Analytics/Website Manager at Lviv office.

Job Summary

Responsible for marketing analytics and all related reporting, management of involved vendors. Ensures the corporate website functionality and updates, manages assigned web team resources; monitors and reports on website performance metrics. Handles online marketing projects ranging from SEO to social media.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Primary source and resource for marketing analytics including web, mobile (apps and web), social, email, and cross-platform reporting
  • Manage regular reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) for Marketing & Communications
  • Collaborate with all departments defining metrics, KPIs, dashboards, reports, etc
  • Handle ad-hoc queries and custom reports from all areas
  • Manage relationships with vendors and consultants related to analytics (Google Analytics, SEO agency, etc.)
  • Collaborate on testing and optimization efforts (A|B tests, landing pages, marketing campaigns, etc.)
  • Contribute to audience segmentation, yield optimization and other media optimization efforts
  • Ensure the corporate website(s) functionality and perform updates; manage the assigned resources
  • Monitor, assess, and report on website performance, track and report on all site metrics
  • Handle online marketing projects ranging from SEO to social media marketing

Specialized knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of SEO
  • Solid knowledge of statistics and hypothesis testing, with model building experience
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics software
  • Strength in analyzing traffic patterns, reverse matching of visitors via IP address, cookies and other mechanisms
  • Solid knowledge of designing “redirect” and landing pages, micro-sites, unique URLs, cookies, URL-based information passing and other mechanisms to ensure tracking of every form of campaign is trackable
  • Expertize in analyzing the quality and effectiveness of various lead sources, building reports, and dashboards
  • English – Advanced

Experience

  • 4+ years of web analytics experience
  • Experience with website management and promotion
  • Experience with campaign management and analysis
  • Experience with CRM tools, and integrating CRM data into analytics
