A seasoned executive Andrey Hankevych shared his view on creating a culture of innovation within the Prime World Economic Forum discussion held at Lviv Business School on January 20, 2015
January 27, 2015 - Lviv, Ukraine – ELEKS is pleased to share that Andrey Hankevych, the company’s Chief Strategy Officer and CTO, participated in Shaping Davos panel discussion within a real-time session with the Global Shapers Lviv Hub, organized as a part of the 2015 World Economic Forum agenda at the Lviv Business School, Ukraine. The key topic the panelists focused on was fostering a culture of innovation within large organizations. Leading industry experts and young leaders joined together for real-time debates to share their viewpoints in various dimensions, covering technology, leadership role modeling, labor practices, incentives, rewards and other crucial aspects that can help to sustain the “culture of change”. Andriy Hankevych brought in his view on the importance of human capital, being one of the prerequisites to the development of the innovative business society in Ukraine. "Collaboration is important. We want to hire people who are smarter than we are, because we need to build innovative teams of highly talented people," commented Mr. Hankevych.
Joining the city-based hubs from Pittsburgh (United States), Quito (Ecuador) and Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), Lviv connected to the live panel discussion “From idea to action: creating a culture of innovation” held on January 20th. As a core message to their peers, the representatives of the Lviv hub emphasized the role of knowledge sharing, partnership and cooperation that help to transfer certain values and create an atmosphere that encourages people to innovate.
