ELEKS announces a vacancy opening for Sales Director at New York office.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing Sales strategies and tactics
  • Setting and measuring KPIs for the team and individual team members and ensuring the progress
  • Managing Sales budgets to optimal efficiency
  • Directing the efforts of the Sales staff and coordinating at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the Organization
  • Working closely with the executive management team to drive the Sales development plans that support overall business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, recruitment and retention
  • Setting standards for Sales processes
  • Managing, monitoring and assessing the Sales team and managing KPIs and metrics, to realize the team’s full potential, mentoring and guiding them to ever-higher levels of excellence in client service
  • Forming sales strategies to keep your company competitive and innovative
  • Overseeing and managing a geographically distributed team of Sales Managers
  • Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans
  • Maximizing Company profit
  • Identifying valuable emerging markets

Specialized knowledge:

  • 15+ years of experience in the large international company
  • 5+ years of experience in managerial positions in Sales division
  • Experience in optimization and development process in Sales organization
  • Proven experience of contributing company revenue increase
  • Experience in IT is preferable
  • Understanding of Software Outsourcing Business is a must
  • Strong knowledge of US and EMEA markets
  • Experience in building and managing efficient Sales team
  • Well informed about the IT market

  • Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with all levels of the organization

  • Master’s degree in IT, Economics, Finance or related field (MBA is preferable)
