Andriy Krupa is a seasoned executive and legal expert who has been with ELEKS for over a decade. In his role of acting Chief Executive Officer, Andriy is leading the company towards its long-term strategic goals of delivering outstanding customer value results, driving effective innovation throughout the company and expanding its global reach. He holds an MBA from the European School of Management and Technology in Berlin, Germany, and a Master of Law (LLM) degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law, IIT in Chicago, the U.S. Andriy has previously served Chief Compliance officer, overseeing the legal and administrative aspects of the business.

As a Supervisory Board Member, Tetyana is responsible for defining overall company objectives, establishing significant goals, and staying focused on its direction over time. Today, her strategic focus lies in steering ELEKS' business development in the Middle East and driving corporate Long-Term Incentive Programs. She has been an integral part of the company since 1999 as a developer of the company website and medical examinations, a deployer at Doctor ELEKS (medical data management system), and a quality assurance and strategic resource management expert. Tetyana holds an MSc in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Lviv Polytechnic University. She's a passionate advocate for continuing people development and evolvement, considering it an essential part of personal and professional growth.

Oleksiy Kovtonyuk is the CFO at ELEKS, developing strategic and operating goals in the area of financial management and proper planning, budgeting and controlling. Oleksiy began his career in Kraft/Mondelez, Ukraine more than 18 years ago as a Financial Analyst. He occupied roles of increasing responsibility in Financial Planning, Analysis and Control. For over 7 years, he was a Finance Director for the Ukraine and Eurasia region in the company.

Brian Merlehan is the Chief Marketing Officer at ELEKS and a digital marketing expert with more than 15 years of experience. He has strong expertise in helping businesses become more successful in the internet world and in creating a unique brand identity. Brian leads the Marketing division and leads product and services market development, lead generation, market research, external communications and corporate branding.

Yurii Garasym is a recognized professional in security governance, management and operations. In his role as Chief Information Officer at ELEKS, he drives the organization’s internal efficiency, quality and business resilience improvements, as well as its utilization of existing information to create the maximum positive impact on the company and its customers. Yurii has more than 10 years of experience in designing, implementing and managing both technical and non-technical solutions for vendors, big enterprises and niche system integrators with a heavy focus on governance, risk and compliance, security baselining, secure development lifecycles, and cloud security. He holds CCSP, CCSK and ISO 27001 LA certificates, and a Ph.D. in information security. He is also the Lviv Chapter President of the Cloud Security Alliance and the Kyiv Chapter Director of ISACA.

PMP and engineer at heart with more than 16 years in the industry, Ruslan has led ELEKS’ software delivery in the DACH & Nordics region for the past two years. He has honed his leadership and technical skills managing projects and programs for some of ELEKS’ biggest North American and European clients. Ruslan has also been pivotal in implementing some of our key engineering projects. He holds a master's degree in computer systems & networks from Lviv Polytechnic University. Ruslan is a passionate advocate for business intelligence, analytics, and data science.

As the Chief Business Officer for the North American region, Amy is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and value to both commercial and government clients. She has over 30 years of experience supporting the United States Department of Defense in providing analytical and technical operational capabilities and solutions to various United States government clients. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Science in Strategic Intelligence. She served in the United States Air Force on both active duty and reserves in various parts of the intelligence field for nearly 23 years.

In his dual position as CBO of ELEKS Northern Europe and Managing Director of ELEKS Gmbh, Andreas is tasked with delivering exceptional customer value across the DACH & Nordics region. He has over 15 years’ experience in technology management and has worked as a researcher for NIST in the US and a strategy management expert for SIEMENS Europe. His domain expertise includes energy, manufacturing, automotive, healthcare and robotics. Andreas holds a master's degree in physics from RWTH Aachen, a PhD in Mechatronics Engineering from Linz University and an MBA from the European School of Management and Technology.

Nazar is a skillful negotiator, leader, and problem-solver with 17 years’ experience in the IT industry—the past 14 spent with ELEKS. Nazar established ELEKS presence in the US by setting up the Chicago office and launching the projects with clients from insurance domain in 2019. He initiated the Information Security compliance at ELEKS as Information Security Officer, has big experience in project delivery as a Project, Solution, and Delivery Manager through his career, and his exceptional relationship-building abilities have secured long-standing partnerships with some of ELEKS’ biggest clients.

Iryna has been an expert in proposal and bid management for over 10 years. She takes a client-centric approach in her role as Director of Sales Operations with ELEKS, focusing on continually improving our customer relationships. She’s a passionate advocate for our teams when it comes to developing winning client value strategies and she is responsible for evolving, directing and improving ELEKS’ pre-sales process. It’s her belief in challenging pre-existing processes and pioneering new ways of working which continually drives efficiency—both for ELEKS and for our clients.

Andriy is responsible for the strategic leadership and development of ELEKS’ Centres of Excellence; one of the fundamental building blocks of our success. A technician through and through, he came to ELEKS more than 13 years ago as a test engineer and worked his way up the chain of command, via roles within quality assurance, team leadership and competence management. Andriy’s perfectionist attitude saw him lead ELEKS’ QA office for years, carrying that quality with him throughout his career with us.

Denys joined ELEKS in 2021 as Human Capital Director. He is responsible for all HR functions in the company and its regional offices across the globe. Denys has more than 15 years of experience in HR: recruitment, adaptation, performance management, C&B, training and development, administration, corporate culture, and internal communications. Over the last 10 years, he has occupied managerial positions in telecommunications, financial, retail, media, and FMCG businesses and startups in Ukraine, Europe, and Southeast Asia.

Sofiya has been with ELEKS since 2018 and has 17 years’ experience in large, technology-driven international transformation programs and ERP implementations. Her projects span the globe, from the US and Brazil to Europe and Asia, involving consulting as well as client-side product ownership. Sofiya ensures that ELEKS customers receive tangible value through their enterprise applications, and her team oversees ERP implementations, change management, quality assurance, supervises digital transformation projects and provides executive consultancy.

Olha is a passionate problem solver with a definitive eye for best-fit technology solutions and has 13 years’ IT industry expertise. With us since 2013, Olha established ELEKS’ Customer Engagement Department, creating pre-sales processes and best practices and building a team of consultants to lead our customers from first contact to project sign-off. She introduced ELEKS’ Discovery service, as well as successfully managing product consulting projects across various domains and geographies. Olha holds master's degrees in applied Linguistics, Computer Sciences and Information Technologies from the Lviv Polytechnic University and an MBA from Kyiv Mohyla Business School. She helps our clients become game-changers and trendsetters: “Do not follow the well-trodden path. Choose, instead, to leave your own trail.”

Ihor is a tried-and-true talent developer. With more than 20 years of expertise within various IT niches, he is skilled in the art of helping businesses boost their value and success by delivering unique products to market. Ihor leads one of ELEKS’ biggest North American business units, seamlessly implementing our company products and services strategy while guaranteeing customer satisfaction. He holds a master's degree in applied mathematics & economics from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. Ihor defines success as being able to work with different teams on innovative projects that deliver something new and exciting, every day.

Orest Schur combines an engineering background and years of experience in delivery management and customer success. He joined ELEKS in 2006 as a student for a summer internship and decided to stay with the company. Orest delivered high-quality services to one of the biggest clients in the United States for years and consulted its teams on-site as a project manager from 2014-2015. In 2020 he moved to the United States and currently leads one of ELEKS’ biggest business units for the North America East Coast region with a portfolio of over a dozen accounts. Orest holds an MSc degree in Telecommunications from the Lviv Polytechnic National University.

Hozan is fundamental to ELEKS’ relationship with its clients in the Middle East. He negotiates with state-owned companies and the government, and his strategic relationship-building skills have allowed us to develop a presence in this previously untapped market. Hozan is responsible for ELEKS’ commercial success in these territories; enhancing customer interface and satisfaction and making sure our product offering is attuned to these markets. He’s also responsible for developing our internal sales processes and delivering exceptional customer value across the region. Hozan is highly educated in international legal affairs.

Viktor Chopey is a skilful professional with over 13 years with ELEKS, where he has excelled in fostering client success, dealing with challenging negotiations and helping ELEKS teams deliver bespoke technology solutions. As a project manager, he progressed through roles such as head of market research and account manager. He serves as Customer Success Director, overseeing a key UK business unit. In 2022, Viktor moved to the UK to be closer to clients, enhancing collaboration and ensuring a hands-on approach to addressing their needs, enabling him to align tailored solutions with clients’ strategic goals. Renowned for building enduring relationships and tackling complex challenges, he ensures seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

Mariana is an expert in project management and a dynamic, result-oriented leader. Joining ELEKS as a student, she’s grown within the organisation and helped establish many of the company’s project management practices. While helping customers solve their problems, she’s remained curious about the internal workings of our business, exploring automation initiatives and striving to create an environment of seamless collaboration for the team. Mariana holds master's degrees in applied mathematics and informatics from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

Oleksandr leads ELEKS’ software delivery stream for our North American enterprise clients. A gifted builder of mutually beneficial business relationships, he has more than nine years’ expertise in technical and managerial roles within the IT sector. His skill at boosting employee engagement helps us continually enhance our clients’ value. By building close bonds with customers, business partners and project teams, Oleksandr ensures that ELEKS wows its clients by delivering exceptional, industry-leading products, while improving the efficiency and accuracy of business processes and operations.

Oleksiy Panchenko joined ELEKS in 2019. He brought to the company more than 20 years of experience in technology and management. As a Software Delivery Director, Oleksiy leads a business unit covering the Central United States and Canada and oversees several strategic company-wide initiatives. Oleksiy holds an MSc degree in Applied Mathematics and Information Science, an MSc degree in Economics and Finance, and a Ph.D. in Telecommunications.

With over 14 years of experience in the IT industry, Igor Stakhiv has worked with clients ranging from small startups to large enterprise accounts across various project stages. His deep knowledge of project delivery processes enables him to consistently drive successful outcomes, ensuring that client needs and business objectives are met. Igor’s expertise in managing diverse projects and fostering strong client relationships makes him a trusted leader who delivers impactful, efficient solutions for every business scale.

Upon joining ELEKS in 1995, Petro managed numerous key projects in banking, accounting, trading, retail, office automation, transportation, and other industries. In his most recent role of Doctor ELEKS Director Petro is responsible for enhancement and distribution of ELEKS’ innovative products for healthcare, Doctor ELEKS Medical Information System, and e-government initiatives.

Volodymyr Konoval is an expert in electric power engineering. He is actively developing the DAKAR project that brought ELEKS into the leaders of the Ukrainian software market for electric power industry tasks. He holds a scientific degree in Electric Power Stations, Systems and Networks, and has more than 20 years of teaching experience at the Lviv Polytechnic National University.
