Global provider of software product development demonstrated the advantages data science can bring into the human capital field on the international conference for the HR executives, presenting a tool that evaluates the employee’s potential within their organization

October 21, 2015 – Lviv, Ukraine – ELEKS attended the HR Change & Transformation Conference gathering the HR Strategy and Operations Executives to discuss the latest trends of change and innovation-driven HR in London, UK on October 13-14. At the event the company’s experts demoed the Career Score, a tool that allows getting a tangible insight into an employee’s potential by leveraging the information available about the individual, as well as the relevant organizational and professional data.

Identifying people with the high potential is a critical component of the winning talent promotion program, being a key driver of the company’s continued success. Keeping this in mind, ELEKS developed Career Score, a tool calculating the numeric representation of person’s potential and a prospective value they can bring to their organization.

40% of event attendees, senior Human Capital Professionals, used the model to get their career score and highly evaluated it as a powerful tool that allows identifying the potential of their employees.
