This February, the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) recognised ELEKS in its annual Global Outsourcing 100 list for the ninth year in a row - this time in the Leader category. Also, later IAOP revealed a detailed evaluation of the vendors, and ELEKS received Sustained Excellence and All-Star recognitions on the 2023 Global Outsourcing 100 list. The company scored an excellent 8 out of 8 in four main categories: Customer References, Company Awards, Company Certification, and Programs for Corporate Social Responsibility.
ELEKS upped its last year's score, reaching a total of 7.78 compared to the industry's average of 6.94.
"We are thrilled to recognise these organisations for their outstanding efforts in Impact Sourcing," said Debi Hamill, CEO of IAOP. "These companies have demonstrated a strong commitment to creating positive social impact through their sourcing practices and achieving business success. Their dedication to promoting inclusive economic growth is a shining example for the entire industry."
The Global Outsourcing 100 list is one of the most reputable annual rankings of the world's best outsourcing service providers. The rating is based on a meticulous selection of vendors and a profound performance analysis. The vendors are selected based on their score in the main excellence categories, continuous growth, and improvement of their business service models and performance.
"Yearly improvements in the total score ELEKS gets on the Global Outsourcing 100 list reflect our commitment to continuously grow and improve the quality of our service. It's good to see our company recognised among the industry leaders, and we are incredibly proud of reaching the top score in the Customer References category. We constantly work to improve the quality of our services further and expand our expertise.", commented Andriy Krupa, ELEKS's CEO.
