September 13, 2016 – Lviv, Ukraine – ELEKS is proud to announce that two of the company’s large enterprise projects have been acknowledged on the National Outsourcing Association Awards
shortlist in two separate categories: ITO Project of the Year and Outsourcing Provider of the Year.
The National Outsourcing Association Awards (NOAAs), organized annually by NOA, in its thirteenth year recognizes and celebrates the efforts of the leading suppliers, buyers and advisors, delivering innovation and pioneering best practices in the outsourcing industry.
The companies that applied in the ITO Project of the Year category were judged on the basis of their ability to deliver both initial and ongoing business value to the client, incorporating best practices and continuous service innovation. ELEKS’ submission represented a large-scale software and hardware project for stage automation, demonstrating the company’s deep technology expertise as well as a strong understanding of mechanical and physical processes.
To be shortlisted in the Outsourcing Provider of the Year category, the applicants had to present their ability to deliver both initial and ongoing business value to clients through continuous innovation as well as a commitment to the development and future of the industry. The submission for this category included two projects by ELEKS. The first project represented a robust system for workspace management, combining advanced scalability, sophisticated workspace governance and high-level security. The second nominated product was developed by ELEKS for the government of the island of Jersey to enable the Customs and Excise System for Revenue Administration to support a new package of major tax reforms.
National Outsourcing Association CEO Kerry Hallard said: “This is the most competitive year ever in terms of submissions; the quality of case studies evidencing outsourcing excellence across aspects such as relationship and contract management, innovation, service delivery and collaboration has made the judging process an extremely challenging one. Those buyers and service providers who made the shortlist should feel very proud to get this far as the bar has been raised considerably.”
“ELEKS is not a traditional outsourcing company. In addition to the fact that we have our own software products and focus on the development of technologically complex systems, we have preserved our passion for innovation through the early adoption and exploration of new technologies;” commented Ruslan Zakharchenko, CEO of ELEKS, adding, “We are proud that, for the third year in a row, our efforts are recognized by the NOAAs, the highly respected and coveted awards within the outsourcing industry.”
Last year, the other two ELEKS' projects were shortlisted in two categories of the 2015 NOA Awards: Outsourcing Service Provider of the Year and Outsourcing Works - Award for Delivering Business Value in Outsourcing.
