April 7th, 2020 – Each year, the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) publishes the Global Outsourcing 100 list comprising top service providers and advisors paving the way in outsourcing. For the eighth year, global software firm ELEKS has been recognized as one of the best service providers in the world.
To be considered for selection, organisations must prove their credentials, including company growth, global presence, and how highly their clients value them. Once they have made the grade, candidates are evaluated by an independent panel of IAOP experts.
The evaluation process is headed by Debi Hamill, CEO of IAOP. It is based on seven core criteria, including customer references, the company’s innovation, awards and certifications, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts. Each category also awards a star of distinction to organizations that go beyond their commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. ELEKS topped the benchmark in every category, securing a distinction in each and proving its reputation as one of the world’s most trusted technology partners. ELEKS got all five stars in the Sustained Excellence category.
“Buyers understand there are hundreds of qualified service providers and advisors out there, but what they really need to understand now is what makes each exceptional,” said IAOP CEO, Debi Hamill. “The Global Outsourcing 100 has done just that and we’re proud to recognize these organizations.”
