Ajman, UAE – September 25, 2020 – Oleksiy Skrypnyk, Founder of industry-leading Ukrainian software firm ELEKS, signed a partnership agreement and Act of Incorporation of New Business in the Emirate of Ajman on Tuesday, marking the start of a historic partnership with the Head of Ajman Ruler’s Emiri Court — His Highness Sheikh Dr Majid bin Saeed Al Nuaimi.
The Memorandum of Association was co-signed by His Highness Sheikh Majid Al Nuaimi at the Ajman Chamber of Commerce on 22nd September, along with ELEKS’ Founder and President, Mr Oleksiy Skrypnyk — establishing a prosperous new chapter of technological innovation in the UAE.
Sheikh Al Nuaimi and Mr Skrypnyk discussed current developments within the IT sector and possibilities for future collaboration between the Ukrainian tech giant and the Emirates. High on the agenda for both was bolstering cybersecurity and exchanging IT and digital governance best practices.
