For the tenth year in a row, the European IT & Software Excellence Awards recognises and rewards excellence in European software development and IT and telecoms solutions provision. A total of 136 solution providers, vendors and suppliers from 29 countries are featured in this year’s final shortlists.
Participants compete in eight categories, highlighting their skills in providing business solutions for their customers. The judges evaluate entries based on each vendor’s understanding of their customers’ requirements and their ability to deliver software to specification and timescale while meeting or exceeding agreed customer targets.
ELEKS has been shortlisted in the Vertical Market Solution of the Year category, which recognises the most innovative solutions that tailor to the needs of customers. ELEKS has shown a deep understanding of their customer’s industry and has customised software to match its characteristics, giving their customer a business advantage in their sector.
"We are proud to have carried the flag for European IT for the last ten years," says John Garratt, Editor of IT Europa, who heads the judges' panel. "We continue to push out the core message about just what the IT industry is capable of doing in changing how people, businesses and organisations function. This year, to celebrate our 10th anniversary, we will use the wealth of good stories from these finalists to promote IT to a wider audience by highlighting the successes contained in these awards."
