The client needed to expand its technical capabilities as they built their products and services and encountered new challenges with limited resources

Latent AI is a US-based startup developing a Machine Learning Operations (MLOPs) Software Development Kit (SDK) to optimize and secure Artificial Intelligence (AI) models and runtimes. Its mission is to tap into the vast potential of edge AI with solutions that are efficient, highly functional and useful.

ELEKS partnered with Latent AI soon after the company's formation. We were able to support its resource and skills needs when they were just getting started building their team.

Latent AI’s product covered several components, including models, datasets, metrics, data transformations and more. ELEKS supported their needs throughout their growth, facilitating the rapid development, testing, and rollout of features to help Latent AI meet market demand.

As Latent AI onboards new customers, we equip our client with the ability to swiftly deliver new product features and UX enhancements.

ELEKS and Latent AI both operate with a distributed workforce, where good program execution is key to success. Despite the different time zones, both teams managed to communicate and collaborate effectively towards project goals.
