Digisure, founded in Norway by a group of insurance professionals, saw the potential for digital to disrupt the existing insurance market, and it set about creating a white-label insurance solution that can be used by companies from different markets to resell insurance policies under their own brand name.
Digisure had a vision for its app, as well as partially developed visual prototypes, and it needed a vendor to quickly get up to speed with development and deliver a web application for the solution.
Since 2020, Digisure has been working with ELEKS on creating its unique digital solution for insurance services, which enables its partners to sell insurance via their own brand and retain customer ownership. We provided full-cycle product development that included product design, software architecture, infrastructure setup, software development, quality assurance, implementation and Power BI consulting.
In just nine months, our team delivered an innovative customisable white-label solution. Initially serving as a portal for car insurance, it enabled one-minute, fully digital insurance policy purchases. We then extended the product range to travel and content insurance, allowing companies to integrate insurance within their existing products to enhance customer experience and boost revenue.
We provided Digisure with quality assurance services that encompassed an automated testing framework to reduce the effort involved in testing multiple partners and products while guaranteeing the highest possible portal quality. Digisure used ELEKS’ Black Box Penetration testing service to validate the application and infrastructure of one of its implementations. We conducted vulnerability scanning, dynamic application security testing, manual and automated penetration testing and reporting – with subsequent remediation advice.
The first iteration of Digisure’s insurance platform was released in under a year, allowing for a speedy market launch and gaining a register of interest from big enterprises. The following year, Digisure secured five major deals with global companies, including banks, car dealers and a European petrol station network.
