Finray is a financial services company that provides a no-code platform designed to help financial institutions, including investment and commercial banks, streamline and automate operations such as data management, reconciliation, and reporting. Having successfully moved past the MVP stage, Finray faced the challenge of scaling efficiently while stabilizing the platform.
As the company expanded and onboarded new clients, the client needed to evolve the product by adding features tailored to specific client needs. However, Finray lacked sufficient in-house engineering capacity to maintain development velocity. To ensure scalability and reliability, ELEKS leveraged AWS to deploy and manage test environments using Amazon EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service). We built a comprehensive SaaS solution within a dedicated AWS sub-account, ensuring full support, transparency, and control over all processes for Finray and their end clients.
Our team utilized a wide range of AWS services and related tools, including:
- Amazon EKS, EC2, ECR – for scalable application deployment, container orchestration, and secure image storage
- RDS, Snowflake – for reliable and scalable data storage and analytics
- IAM, AWS SSO, AWS Organizations – to manage secure access, user permissions, and multi-account governance
- CloudWatch, Route 53 – for monitoring, logging, and reliable DNS management
- Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Helm) – to standardize and automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment
These technologies helped streamline environment setup and infrastructure management, ensure faster and more consistent delivery, enhance system reliability, and maintain high levels of security and scalability.
